Penmaen Rhos, Denbighshire

Historical Description

Penmaen Rhos, a mountain on the coast of Denbighshire, 6 miles E of Conway. It rises to a lofty altitude, and is pierced by a tunnel of the Chester and Holyhead section of the L. & N.W.R., 1630 feet long, near Old Colwyn station.
