Robinson, Cumberland
Historical Description
Robinson, a mountain in the SW of Cumberland, at the head of Newlands Vale, between Bnttennere and Borrowdale, 2400 feet high. It figures in the views from Derwentwater, is the chief feature on the E side of Buttermere Lake, and ia traversed down its N side by a streamlet called Robinson Force.
