Griesdale or Grisedale Pike, Cumberland

Historical Description

Griesdale or Grisedale Pike, a mountain in Cumberland, nearly midway between Derwentwater and Lorton Vale, 5 miles W of Keswick. It has an altitude of 2593 feet above sea-level, and commands a magnificent and extensive view.
