Tideford, a chapelry in St Germans parish, Cornwall, 2 miles NNE of St Germans station on the G.W.R. It was constituted in 1852, and it has a post and money order office under St Germans; telegraph office, St Germans. Population. 693. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Truro; net value, £290 with residence. The church is good. There is a Wesleyan chapel.
