Kilmarth, Cornwall
Historical Description
Kilmarth, a mountain in the NE of Cornwall, 6½ miles N of Liskeard. It forms a ridge, extending from E to W, is nearly precipitous on the N side, attains an altitude of 1277 feet, has a granitic summit-line of very rugged and fantastic form, and bears to the W of its highest point a pile of rocks which has the appearance of a leaning tower.
