Penwyllt, Breconshire

Historical Description

Penwyllt, a village in Devynock parish, Brecknockshire, 10 miles L of Devynock. It has a station on the Neath and Brecon railway, and a post office under Neath; money order office, Onllwyn; telegraph office at the railway station. There are firebrick and lime works and several limestone quarries.
