Gwythia, Radnorshire

Historical Description

Gwythia, a hamlet in Llanfihangel-Nant Melan parish, Radnorshire, on a stream of its own name, 3 miles SW of Radnor. It forms a township with Trewem. The stream has, in the vicinity of the hamlet, a fall called " Water-break-its-neck," and it runs to the river Arrow, near Kington.
