Andrew, St, a village and a parish in Glamorgan, 3 miles W of Penarth, and 6 SW of Cardiff. The parish contains the village of Dinas-Powis, with a post office under Cardiff. Acreage, 3186; population, 1149. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Llandaff; value, £460. Patron, the Bishop of Llandaff. There are chapels of the Wesleyans and Cal-vinistic Methodists at Dinas-Powis.
