Historical Description
Grimstone, a hamlet in Stratton parish, Dorsetshire, with a station on the G.W.R. called Grimstone and Framp-ton, 149 miles from London, and 4½ NW of Dorchester. A tunnel of the railway, in the vicinity, is 600 yards long.
