Historical Description
Sarnesfield, a parish in Herefordshire, 2 miles WSW of Weobly, and 2½ NE of Kinnersley station on the M.R. Post town, Weobly (R.S.O.) Acreage, 1021; population of the civil parish, 84; of the ecclesiastical, 115. Samesfield Court is the chief residence. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Hereford; net value, £151 with residence. The church is Early English, and was restored in 1870.
