Felton, Herefordshire

Historical Description

Felton, a parish in Herefordshire, 5 miles N of Withing-fcon station on the G.W.R., 8 SW of Bromyard, and 7½ NE of Hereford. Post town, Pencombe, under Worcester. Acreage, 1151; population of the civil parish, 85; of the ecclesiastical, 117. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Hereford; net value, —£157 with residence. The church was rebuilt in 1854, and restored in 1892.
