Norton Lindsey or Norton Superior, Warwickshire
Historical Description
Norton Lindsey or Norton Superior, a village and a parish in Warwickshire, 1½ mile ESE of Claverdon station on the G.W.R., and 3½ miles WSW of Warwick. Post town, Warwick. Acreage of parish, 621; population, 127. Lord Dormer is lord of the manor. The living is a vicarage, annexed to the vicarage of Claverdon, in the diocese of Worcester. The church is in the Early English and Decorated styles, and was restored in 1875.
