Netherton North Side, a township in Alwinton parish, Northumberland, 4¼ miles from Alwinton, and 6½ from Roth-bury station on the North British railway. It has a post office of the name of Netherton, under Rothbury; money order office, Harbottle; telegraph office, Alwinton. Acreage, 762; population, 51.
