West Lavington, Sussex
Historical Description
Lavington, West, originally a part of Woolavington parish, Sussex, and situated near Midburst railway station. It was constituted a separate parish in 1851. Post town and money order and telegraph office, Midhurst. Population, 218. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Chichester; value, £160 with residence.
