Christ Church, which stands in the hamlet of Studley, 3 miles west from Calne and 3 east front Chippenham, and was consecrated in 1840, is an edifice of stone, in a debased style, consisting of small chancel, nave, south porch and a western tower with lofty spire containing one bell: there are 556 sittings.
