Hark Cross, a hamlet in Rotherfield parish, Sussex, 2 miles NE of Rotherfield station on the L.B. & S.C.R., with a post and money order office under Tunbridge Wells; telegraph office, Rotherfield. It is a seat of petty sessions, and has a police station. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Chichester; value, £209 with residence. The church is a small structure of red brick.
