Historical Description
Croham, a hamlet on the east border of Surrey, in the south-eastern vicinity of Croydon. The woods around it are notable for the lily of the valley and for nightingales. Croham-Hurst is the seat of the Kemmis family, and has a post office under Croydon, London, S.
