Bishopsgate, Surrey

Historical Description

Bishopsgate, a hamlet on the N border of Surrey, adjacent to the Great Park of Windsor, near Virginia Water. It lies amid charming scenery, and was the place where the poet Shelley wrote his " Alaster."
