Seisdon, Staffordshire
Historical Description
Seisdon, a liberty in Trysull parish, Staffordshire, 6 miles SW of Wolverhampton. It has a post office under Wolverhampton; money order and telegraph office, Wombourne. It is the head of a poor law union, and was formerly a place of some importance. The workhouse is at Trysull.
