Woolverton, Somerset

Historical Description

Woolverton, a parish in Somerset, 4 miles N of Frome station on the G.W.R. Post town, Beckington, under Bath; money order and telegraph office, Road. Acreage, with Chatley Hill, 932; population, 142. The living is a rectory, annexed to Road. The church was restored in 1889.
