Cricket-Malherbie, a parish in Somerset, 3½ miles NE of Chard, 2½ from Ilminster town, and 3½ from Ilminster station on the G.W.R. Post town, Ilminster; money order and telegraph office, Ilminster. Acreage, 4til; population, 46. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Bath and Wells; value, £101. The church consists of nave, chancel, aisles, and porch, with tower and spire, contains a brass of the Pitts, and is good.
