Chillington, a parish in Somerset, 3 miles SE of Ilminster, and 4 WNW of Crewkerne station on the L. & S.W.R. Post town, Ilminster; money order and telegraph office, Ilminster. Acreage, 925; population, 195. The living is a vicarage, annexed to the vicarage of Cudworth, in the diocese of Bath and Wells; joint net value, £210 with residence. Patron, the Bishop of Bath and Wells.
