East Hamlet, a hamlet in Stanton Lacy parish, Shropshire, forming with the hamlets of Eock and Henley a township, 2 miles NNW of Ludlow. Acreage, 1387; population, 1391. It forms part of Ludlow parish for ecclesiastical purposes. The Ludlow Workhouse is here.
