The Glyme, Oxfordshire

Historical Description

Glyme, The, a river of Oxfordshire. It rises near Hey-throp, runs 8 miles south-eastward to Blenheim Park, goes through that park, forming in it a small lake, and immediately afterwards falls into the Evenlode.
