Booton, a parish in Norfolk, 1 mile SE of Reepham station on the G.E.R., and 6 miles SW of Aylsham. It has a post office under Norwich; money order and telegraph office, Reepham. Acreage, 1079; population, 251. Booton Hall and The Grove are chief residences. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich; net yearly value, £265. The church is an edifice of flint and stone in the Geometrical style.
