East Ferry or East Kinnards Ferry, Lincolnshire
Historical Description
East Ferry or East Kinnards Ferry, a village in Lincolnshire, on the E hank of the Trent, about 5 miles W from Scottar, which stands partly in the parish of Scottar, partly in that of Owston, and partly in the parish of Laughton. It has a small chapel, which is served by the clergy of Scottar, and there is also a small Primitive Methodist chapel. There is a ferry across the river.
