Historical Description

Quenby, a hamlet and manor in Hungerton parish, Leicestershire, 1 mile SE of Hungerton village. Quenby Hall is a fine Tudor mansion standing on an eminence ia a well-timbered park. It was the seat of the Ashby family for several centuries.
