New Found Pool, Leicestershire
Historical Description
New Found Pool, formerly an extra-parochial tract, now a parish, in the Blaby union, adjoining Leicester on the N. Acreage, 43; population, 2160. It has an iron church, a mission hall, and a large hotel. Boot and shoe making and other industries connected with the shoe trade are carried on.
