Minley, Hampshire

Historical Description

Minley, an ecclesiastical district in Howley parish, Hants, 2½ miles from Fleet station on the L. & S.W.R. Post town, Famborough. Minley Manor is the chief residence. The living is a perpetual curacy in the diocese of Winchester; value, £80. Patron, the Bishop of Winchester. The church is a small edifice of flint and stone, erected in 1871.
