Froggatt, a village and a township in Curbar ecclesiastical parish, Derbyshire, on the river Derwent, 7 miles NNE of Bakewell. Post and money order office, Calver; telegraph office, Baslow St Anne. Acreage, 446; population, 83. The Duke of Rutland is lord of the manor. There is a Wesleyanchapel.
