Roseland, Cornwall

Historical Description

Roseland, a peninsular tract in Cornwall, between Gerrans Bay and Falmouth Harbour. It contains the parishes of Philleigh, Gerran, St Just, and St Anthony, and it took its name from Eglos Ros, the old designation of Philleigh parish.
