Comberton, a parish in Cambridgeshire, on Bourn Brook, 2 miles NW from Lords Bridge station on the L. & N.W.R., and 5 WSW of Cambridge. It has a post office under Cambridge; money order and telegraph office, Cambridge. Acreage, 1954; population, 453. Coprolites are found here. The living is a vicarage in the diocese of Ely; net yearly value, £258 with residence. Patron, Jesus' College, Cambridge. The church is Perpendicular Gothic and good. There is a Nonconformist chapel.
