BE IT KNOWN, that Sophia Ashdon late of No.38 Effra Parade Dulwich Road Brixton in the County of Surrey, deceased, who died on the first day of December 1876, at No.38 Effra Parade aforesaid a Spinster without Parent, made and duly executed her last Will and Testament and did not therein name any Executor.
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN, that at the date hereunder written, Letters of Administration with the Will (a Copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of the personal estate of the said Sophia Ashdon were granted by Her Majesty's High Court of Justice at the Principal Registry of the Probate Division thereof to Frances Heat Spinster the natural and lawful Sister by the half blood and only next of kin of the said Deceased and the Sole Legatee named in the said Will She having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.
Dated the twenty fourth day of January 1877.
