Last Will and Testament of Richard Locksmith of Pulham Market, Norfolk

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Locksmith of Pulham Market in the County of Norfolk Farmer. First I give devise and bequeath my estate at Pulham Market aforesaid (subject to the Payment thereout unto my dear Wife Mary Ann Locksmith of an annuity or yearly rent charge of fifty two pounds payable quarterly the first payment thereof to be made at the expiration of three calendar months from my decease) and all other my real Estate unto my son Richard Locksmith his heirs and assigns for ever. And I give and bequeath unto my said wife All such of my furniture plate linen and household effects as she may elect to take to and for her own absolute use and disposal And I give and bequeath the residue of my personal Estate and effects (subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses) unto my son to and for his own absolute use and disposal And I give and devise unto my said son all such Estates as may be vested in me as a trustee or mortgagee to hold the same to him to and for the same trusts intents and puposes as I may hold the same And I appoint my said wife and son Executrix and Executors of this my Will Revoking all others Wills by me at any time made I declare this to be my last In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this thirteenth day of July One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
