Probate of the Will of Maria Phipps of Southwell

The District Registry at Worcester

In Her Majesty's High Court of Justice.

BE IT KNOWN, that at the date hereunder written, the last Will and Testament (a Copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of Maria Phipps formerly of Southwell in the County of Nottingham but late of Redmarley D'Abitot in the County of Worcester Spinster deceased, who died on the 21st day of April 1891, at Redmarley D'Abitot aforesaid, and who at the time of her death had a fixed place of abode at Redmarley D'Abitot aforesaid, within the District of the County of Worcester, was proved, and registered in the District Probate Registry of Her Majesty's High Court of Justice, at Worcester, and that administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to Frederick Lillywhite, the Great nephew of the said deceased, the Sole Executor named in the said Will, he having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same.

And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit in verification of the Account of the said estate has been delivered duly stamped wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate amounts to £1386-1-3 and no more.
