Last Will and Testament of Maria Phipps of Southwell

This is the last Will and Testament of me Maria Phipps of Southwell in the County of Nottingham Spinster. I appoint my Great Nephew Frederick Lillywhite of Leeds in the County of York Sole Executor of this my Will and I bequeath to him a Legacy or sum of Ten pounds for his trouble in my Executorship. I bequeath the following pecuniary legacies namely - To my Niece Eliza Wilks One hundred pounds To my Great Niece Eliza Wilks Fifty pounds To my Niece Charlotte Gilder One hundred pounds To my Niece Mary Ann Lillywhite One hundred pounds To each of my three Great Nephews namely the said Frederick Lillywhite William Lillywhite and Frank Lillywhite Two hundred pounds To each of my two Great Nieces Ada Lillywhite and Florence Lillywhite Fifty pounds and to my Nephew George Eagles Fifty pounds I bequeath my Furniture and all my Household effects trinkets and apparel unto Caroline Emma Monckton and Rosamond Isobel Mockton both of Southwell aforesaid Spinsters And I bequeath all the residue of my personal estate and effects unto their brother Geoffrey Francis Monckton absolutely And hereby revoking all other Wills made by me I declare this alone to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifth day of May One thousand eight hundred and eighty three
