St. Barnabas, Peasemore, Berkshire

Description

The church of St. Barnabas, rebuilt, with the exception of the tower, in 1842, is a structure of brick with stone dressings in the Decorated style, consisting of chancel, nave, north porch and a western embattled tower, with pinnacles and lofty spire, containing 5 bells: the communion table is of beautifully carved oak: the five-light east stained window was erected in 1910 at a cost of £400: there are 150 sittings.
