St. Basil, Toller Fratrum, Dorset

Description

The parish church of St. Basil is a long and narrow building of stone, in the Early English style, consisting only of chancel and nave, with a bell turret: there is an ancient font: the church affords 80 sittings.

The parish register dates from the year 1563. The original register books are now deposited with the Dorset Archives Service, but have been digitised by Ancestry.co.uk and made available on their site (subscription required).
