All Saints, Fifehead Neville, Dorset

Description

The parish church of All Saints is a very small and ancient building of stone in the Italian style, and consists of chancel, nave, south porch and a western turret containing one bell: a new stained window was placed in the church in 1906 by Col. Salkeld to the memory of his ancestors: the church was restored in 1895 at a cost of about £200, and affords 90 sittings.

Church Records

The parish register of baptisms, marriages and burials begins in 1573. The original register books are now deposited with the Dorset Archives Service, but have been digitised by Ancestry.co.uk and made available on their site (subscription required).
