ARABIN, RICHARD, Esq. of Beech Hill Park, co. Essex, and Drayton House, Middlesex, b. 1 March, 181l; m. 10 Oct. 1839, Elizabeth-Mary, eldest dau. of the late Sir Henry Meux, Bart. of Theobalds Park, Herts, and has issue,

Mr. Arabin, J.P. for the cos. of Middlesex, Herts, and Essex, and D.L. for the last-named shire, s. his father in 1841.

Lineage.-WILLIAM-ST. JULIEN ARABIN, of Beech Hill Park, serjeant-at-law, m. Mary, sister of the late Sir Henry Meux, Bart., and had a son, RICHARD, his heir. Serjeant Arabin, who was judge-advocate-general. in 1838-9, d. in 1841, and was s. by his son, the present RICHARD ARABIN, Esq. of Beech Hill Park.

Arms-Quarterly: 1st and 4th, az.; in base an arm, couped at the wrist, lying fesseways, holding a sword, all ppr.; on the point thereof a crescent, arg., between two mullets in chief, or; in the dexter base point a heart, gu.; 2nd and 3rd, an eagle, displayed, sa., ducally crowned, or.
Crest-An eagle's head, erased, between two wings, sa., ducally crowned, or.
Motto-Nec temere nec timide.
Seat-Beech Hill Park, co. Essex.
