ALSTON, WILLIAM-CHARLES, Esq. of Elmdon Hall, co. Warwick, b. 22 March, 1796; m. 8 Dec. 1841, Elizabeth-Ann, dau. of Col. Fetherston, of Packwood, and has issue,

1. WILLIAM-CHARLES, b. 2 Nov. 1842.
II. James-Fetherston, b. 19 Oct. 1844.
And three daughters,

This gentleman is son of the late James Alston, Esq. of Winson Hill, by his wife, Anne Holt, of The Woodhouses, Shropshire. His brother, James Alston, died leaving two sons and two daus.

Crest-A demi-eagle, wings displayed, or; on each wing a crescent reversed, gu.
