ALLIX, CHARLES, Esq. of Swaffham House, co. Cambridge, col. late of grenadier-guards, b. 24 April, 1787; m. 10 April, 1841, Mary-Catherine-Elizabeth, dau. of Charles Allix, Esq. of Willoughby Hall, co. Lincoln (by Mary-Elizabeth his wife, 2nd dau. of William Hammond, Esq. of St. Alban's Court, Kent), and by her (who d. 1842), has a son,

Lineage.-JOHN PETER ALLIX, Esq. of Swaffham House, co. Cambridge, younger brother of the Rev. Charles-Wager Allix, of Willoughby Hall, co. Lincoin, (see that family,) m. in 1782, Sarah, dau. of the Rev. William Collyer, vicar of Swaffham, co. Cambridge, and had issue,

Charlotte, m. to John Pardoe, Esq., Leyton, Essex.

The eldest son,
JOHN-PETER ALLIX, Esq. of Swaffham House, co. Cambridge, M.P. for that shire; b. 2 Dec. 1785; who m. 7 March, 1816, Maria, dau. of John Pardoe, Esq. of Leyton, co. Essex. He was a J.P. and D.L., and served as high-sheriff in 1828.
