Historical Description

Leagram, a township in Whalley parish, Lancashire, 7 miles WNW of Clitheroe. Post town, Preston; money order and telegraph office, Longridge. Acreage, 1512; population, 89. There is a domestic chapel attached to Leagram Hall, For ecclesiastical purposes the township is united to that of Little Rowland, and forms part of Whitewell ecclesiastical parish.
