Brinscall, a village in Withnell township and ecclesiastical parish, Lancashire. It is about 5 miles from Blackburn, and 206 from London, and has a post, money order, and telegraph office under Chorley and a station on the L. & N.W.R. There are Wesleyan and Free Methodist chapels.
