Upsall, a township in Ormesby parish, N.R. Yorkshire, 3 miles W of Guisbrough, and 1 mile from Pinchingthorpe station on the N.E.R. Post town, Middlesborough; money order and telegraph office, Ormesby. Acreage,514; population, 120. Upsall Hall is the chief residence. Ironstone is worked, Upshire or Upstra, a hamlet in Waltham Abbey parish, Essex, near Waltham Abbey.
