Will, Probate, Administration and Indenture transcripts

Legal documents relating to family history can be a very important resource since they often contain information not documented elsewhere. Of these, Last Will and Testaments are arguably the most important although Indentures are also very useful, particularly when relating to land transactions. Wherever and whenever possible we will transcribe these important documents and make them available here.
