Last Will and Testament of Henry Brooks of Stalbridge

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Brooks of Stalbridge in the County of Dorset Yeoman. I give devise and bequeth unto my Grandaughter Lydia Tite wife of James Tite of Stalbridge aforesaid Labourer her heirs executors administrators and assigns all my real and personal estate of every sort and kind and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectation to and for her own absolute separate use and benefit And I hereby appoint the said Lydia Tite sole executrix of this my Will. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this nineteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and sixty. The Mark of X Henry Brooks. Signed by the said testator Henry Brooks as his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses the whole of the said Will having been first read over to the said Henry Brooks in our presence which he appeared fully to understand. I make this Codicil to my Will. I give to Albina Rogers Wife of Richard Rogers and Hannah Bazley Parsons daughter of James Bazley Parsons a bed each. In Witness whereof I have set my hand this 19 day of March 1860. The Mark of X Henry Brooks.
